Messengers of Life
Today’s meditation that I breathed into was one for tuning into the very circle of life that keeps us all here, breathing and moving, and propelling us forward. Every beat of every wing in every forest is doing its part to keep life moving forward. Think of bees pollinating, allowing flowers to procreate and help life to regenerate itself over and over again so that life can flourish.
Take time to smell the flowers, and tap into the deep sense of wonder within you. This meditation was offered by the Mentors Channel (presented by Louie Schwartzberg: www.mentorschannel.com). The following thoughts were put forth by Panache Desai:
Everything in nature works together as a collaboration and support for the collective whole. Take time to recognize that even breath is a miracle, and that so much work and divine effort has gone into providing you with this principle of sustained life. It is worthwhile to keep up with a devoted practice of gratitude every day.
Meditate Upon Gratitude
The experience of gratitude can only be found in each moment, as it is something that is cultivated through our willingness to be aware, our willingness to be conscious. Through our willingness to be awake and give a simple thank you for everything that life has to bring you and for everyone that crosses your path.
Don’t push against the river of life. There is a divine timing to things. Give a wholehearted appreciation for all that is unfolding now, allow yourself to rest and relax in this very moment so that your dreams have space to be realized. Life is on your side, and propelling you on. Say thank you for the gentle stretches of a cat’s paws, for the smiles of babies and children, for the warm and enthusiastic embrace of your partner. Know that you are loved – with a heart full of gratitude.
This meditation was very deep and touching, paired with some lovely music and beautiful earth images, which included some calming voice overs. There was a Daily Insight that stated:
There is a mystical exchange between the animal and plant worlds, where life regenerates itself over and over again, through the process of pollination.
There was also a Quote for the Day:
“The interaction between plants and pollinators is a dance I’ll never tire of. It fills me with wonder and opens my heart.” -Louie Schwartzberg
…and a Daily Thought:
I stay mindful of and grateful for the circle of life that surrounds me.
These are all meditations that I am enjoying immensely, as part of a Gratitude Meditation program that I signed up for. A nice dose of nature, imagery, and reminders toward holding gratitude are salves for the soul!

Oh my gosh, I absolutely love this! I think about this all the time and am trying so hard to teach my kiddo this. All of nature is beautiful, even the dangerous things. We should respect them, protect ourselves when necessary and appreciate every living thing. Love it!
