Mindful Mystic Mama was birthed five years ago, as a way for me to document my three children and their growing up in a fashion that served one of my greatest passions – writing. Since its inception, this blog has transformed into something more.
A way has been paved for me to share with the online world my loves for Green Living, Simplicity Parenting, Healthy and Fine Food, Smoothies, Mindfulness & Meditation, Mysticism & Mothering, and moving toward a sustainable healthy world that will thrive Seven Generations from now.
It is incredibly important to me that my children learn the ways of nature and of natural healing. I strive to offer them as many ways as possible to learn to have a close relationship to the earth, their food, and a healthy mind, body and spirit.
More personally, I am a Yoga & Pilates Teacher, Dance Therapist, Traditional Thai Massage Therapist, Spiritual Healer and Intuitive Consultant. I adhere to the traditional medicine ways as put forth by my Native and Celtic ancestors – I am a member of the Métis Nation with strong Celtic roots. (If you wish to learn more about my work in this regard, or if you wish to book a healing or consultation, email me at email@example.com or please visit me here.)
Most recently, I have rediscovered and fallen in love with the Writer within. I adore gemstones and gemstone jewelry, naturally fibered clothing, and large numbers of people uniting for common humanitarian and planetary causes. I believe in embracing the beauty of graceful reinforcement toward positive global change.
I love to build community, and so from time to time I have guest posters here on Mindful Mystic Mama. There are plenty of fine blogs out there, I encourage you to check them out.
My hope is that in my writings, sharings, creations, curations and reviews, this site will serve to inspire.
Inspire others to Create.
Create joy, from the inside out.
Create a life of health and fitness, and fine food.
Create time for parents and families to discover new ways to play and grow.
Create a world that will be nurtured by us, and sustained for our children and generations to come.
